It’s a message drilled  into school children from the time they enter kindergarten, but what  really makes a good breakfast? It is a meal best enjoyed on a lazy  weekend morning, rather than a busy weekday when everyone is scrambling  to get out the door. Sure, plenty of people call a simple bowl of cereal  a complete meal, but a great breakfast is much, much more.</p>
<p>Start  with fresh squeezed juice – perhaps orange or mango, and a nice tall  cup of coffee. Eggs are a breakfast staple for good reason. Try them  poached, scrambled or fried over easy. A little bit of shredded cheese  goes a long way toward jazzing them up. To add a spicy, semi-exotic  touch to your eggs, add a little salsa. This vegetable-based spread is a  perfect addition and spice really helps bring out the flavor of the  eggs. No breakfast would be complete without starchy carbs, so don’t  forget whole-grain toast, bagels or English muffins. If you’d like a  piece of fruit as well, grapefruit or bananas are popular choices.</p>
<p>There’s  no reason to limit the first meal of your day to traditional breakfast  foods, either. You might be surprised to find how tasty tuna salad,  baked potatoes or even a slice of pizza can be for breakfast. It’s  healthier to eat your calories early in the day, too, as opposed to  waiting until you’re almost ready for bed.</p>
<p>For a special meal,  many folks lay out a barbeque or go out to a fancy <span style="color: #993300;"><a href="http://www.smithandwollensky.com">steakhouse</a></span>, but a  well-rounded breakfast can be just as satisfying. Best of all, after  you’ve enjoyed your breakfast you’ll feel great – ready to tackle your  whole day ahead. Eat a full breakfast and enjoy a full, productive day.</p>

<p>This was hubby&#8217;s work (not his job) he just love to cook and try to create his own recipe. This is the of his home-made longaniza or meat sausage. You can store it in the freezer for future use. No additives and   preservatives. Carrot is used to make it healthier. Good for the kids&#8217; school snacks/lunch.</p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 kilo ground pork</li>
<li>1 tsp. minced garlic</li>
<li>1 carrot chopped</li>
<li>salt and pepper</li>
<li>2 stalk Chinese celery chopped finely</li>
<li>thin layer of fat or panyo (handkerchief) use as casing</li>
</ul>

<li>Mixed all the ingredients except the fat casing.</li>
<li>Put 2 tbsp. of the mixture to the fat casing and roll.</li>
<li>Steam for 5 minutes to cook the meat and fry until golden brown.</li>
<li>Serve with steamed rice or bread.</li>
</ul>
<p>Serves 6-8</p>

She also changes her diet, if before she loves to eat junk food, now she only eats healthy food.</p>
