Have you tried using salicylic acid? I know it can cure a fungal infection like pityriasis  versicolor or white spot (an-an). This was also used as treatment for acne. But because it has side-effects like dryness, burning sensation, itching and other skin irritation, this was not advisable to use anymore. Now, there are new acne medications that are made of natural ingredients with no chemical added that can best substitute salicylic acid acne treatment.

I’m blessed that I don’t have oily skin and didn’t experience acne and pimple problem on my face. I had a classmate in college, who was not as lucky as I am. Her face was covered with big red pimples and she was a constant client in a derm clinic. She had undergone different ways of treatment, the last time I saw her, her skin is looking great, all her pimples are gone and all she needs now is an acne scar removal to erase those black spots and scars left by her stubborn pimples. She also changes her diet, if before she loves to eat junk food, now she only eats healthy food.
