Souperb Sopas
An ideal partner for fried or barbecue meat and fish recipes. Or a snack during cold or rainy season to warm our cold bodies. This recipe is one of our favorite soups or Sopas

- 100 gms. chicken liver chopped
- 5 pcs. hotdogs chopped
- 1/4 kilo cabbage cut into strips
- 1 pc. carrot cut into strips
- 1 stalk celery cut into small pieces
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 sm. can milk or you can use powdered milk
- cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
**********************************************************
- Saute garlic and onion in oil
- Add chicken meat and liver, then hotdogs continue cooking until meat are done.
- Add 5 cups of water, cover and let it boil.
- Add the uncooked pasta, simmer while constantly stirring until al dente
- When pasta is already al dente (not too soft), add the carrots and continue simmering for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add the cabbage, and then the milk, continue to simmer again until cabbage is half-cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Note: These measurements are just guide but you can add more or less according to your preference.
