An ideal partner for fried or barbecue meat and fish recipes. Or a snack during cold or rainy season to warm our cold bodies. This recipe is one of our favorite soups or Sopas

  • 100 gms. chicken liver chopped
  • 5 pcs. hotdogs chopped
  • 1/4 kilo cabbage cut into strips
  • 1 pc. carrot cut into strips
  • 1 stalk celery cut into small pieces

  • Add chicken meat and liver, then hotdogs continue cooking until meat are done.
  • Add 5 cups of water, cover and let it boil.
