Cocktail Shrimpballs


We already have fishballs, now the second recipe is the shrimp balls, here's the ingredients:

1 lb. shrimps shelled, de-veined, and finely chopped
1/4 lb. ground pork 4 tbsp. flour
10 pcs. water chestnuts (garbanzos) slivered
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs or sesame seeds
oil for deep-frying
salt and pepper to taste

Combine shrimps, pork, seasonings and egg.
Shape into balls, use only 2 tbsp. flour with mixture

Place the remaining flour and sesame seeds or bread crumbs on two separate platters.

Dredge balls, first in flour, then in sesame seeds.

Deep-fry in hot oil 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with Mustard sauce or any sauce of your choice.

Lam mo Ate Josie dami ko na sana nailuto sa mga recipe mo, kasi natuto akong magblog kaya nauubos halos time ko sa blogging (paid post naman, sayang din di ba?) wala kasi akong alalay sa bahay hirap mag-budget ng time. :)
