Chicken Mami [ Chicken Noodle soup]

Chicken Lo Mien Noodle soup, Chinese style. A hearty soup with a robust flavor.

1/4 Fresh Chinese egg noodles
1 cup cooked flaked chicken
2 hard-boiled eggs, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. fish sauce
5 cups chicken broth
2 stalks green onions, minced
1 tbsp. fried garlic
1 cup pechay baguio chopped into 2 inch size

Cook noodles in salted water, according to package directions.
Drain and apportion into 4 or 6 individual bowls.
Add each ingredients on top of noodles.
Bring broth to a boil. Add seasonings.
Pour hot stock into each bowl.
Garnish with toasted garlic chips as desired.
Serve hot.
