Leche Plan 2

Yes this one, I tried with yolks and white included, I did not remove the egg whites like from another recipe. I was thinking if I will remove all those egg whites, where will I put them? I don't want to just throw them away, so I made this new Leche plan recipe. It came out soft and delicious.
For the ingredients:

8 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 cup of white sugar or how much sweet you preferred
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, eggs, evaporated and condensed milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Stir gently with spoon, do not over beat the eggs to prevent bubbles from forming. Set aside. Put about 2 tsp. white sugar in a mold pan or llanera cook directly into low heat until the sugar caramelized, let it cool then pour the leche plan mixture gently, leaving about 1/2 inch space from the rim of the molding pan. Cook in a steam pan for 45 to 1 hour depending on the size of the mold. Test by inserting a toothpick or a knife in the middle, when comes out clean, the leche plan is firm and done. Let it cool, remove from the mold by running a bread knife from all sides and slowly turning upside down in a serving dish with it's syrup on top.

I also made a big one like this, sorry I forgot to take a picture before it was served and eaten, haha.
