Daing na Bangus [Dried Milkfish]


Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in a refrigerator for several days.

3 medium size milkfish
3 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt and pepper each
1/4 cup vinegar

Mix all the ingredient to make a marinade. Slit each bangus at the back into a butterfly cut. Leave scales intact. Then marinade the fish overnight, then fry. Goes best with fried rice for breakfast or lunch.

nag-daing na bangus din ako kahapon meron pa ngang ntira ngayon, pang0lunch namin. :)

wow. sarap siguro nito. ung luto ko eh sunog. tapos walang lasa. siguro di na-marinate nang matagal. binili ko lang to sa mall eh. next time ako na nga lang mag marinate hihi
