Fried rice with beef and pepper


What to do with your left over- rice? Try these delicious recipe.
Ingredients:

1/4 kilo beef sirloin cut into 2 inch long and 1/4 thick

3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch

2 tsp. sherry wine

2 tbsp. cooking oil

1 med. size onion sliced

2 pcs. green bell pepper

4 cups cooked rice

1/4 tsp. ground pepper


Procedure:

Marinade meat with 1 tsp. soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and sherry wine for at least 15 minutes. In a skillet, add 1 tsp. oil then stir fry the marinated meat and sauce in high heat for 2 minutes. Add onion, bell peppers and cook for just a minute to keep the veggies green and crispy . Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and fry the cooked rice. Stir in other ingredients and add the remaining 2 tbsp. soy sauce. Serve hot.

Hi Josie, I prefer to swim in the morning so I can feel and enjoy the coolness of the water (whether at the beach or pool). Yes, the water really is cold.
