Stir-fry beef and vegetable

2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 kilo beef sirloin
1 tbsp. slivered ginger
1 onion sliced
1/4 kilo green beans or other veggies in season
2 tbsp. cornstarch dissolve in 1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. rice wine
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 salt and pepper to taste

Stir-fry thinly-slice beef in high heat in oil for about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
On the same pan stir-fry ginger, onions and green beans. Make a well in center and add wine and soy sauce. Add dissolved cornstarch and stir continuously.
Return the beef to pan and stir-fr all ingredients for about a minute. Place in serving dish and serve.

Anyway, if you are interested, you can take a look at these amazing French macaroons and Almond macaroon cookies I've been trying to make..
