Pork tenderloin with bacon and herbs

2 tbsp. cooking oil 1/4 cup bacon chopped 2 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped 2 tbsp. sundried tomatoes in oil chopped 1 onion chopped 700 grams pork tenderloin, sliced into 1/2" thick 1/2 cup dry wine 1 tbsp. pepper salt to taste 1/2 cup whipping cream Heat oil in a pan, then cook the bacon, herbs , tomatoes, and onion until tender about 5 minutes. Add the pork slices and cook until lightly browned. Stir in white wine, cream and seasonings. Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked and sauce is thickened. Serve with rice or pasta
