Pandesal Pudding


1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
10 pcs. pandesal cut in small pieces

Melt butter in the saucepan.
Mix all the other ingredients. Make sure pandesal pieces is soaked well into the mixture
Put everything in a loaf pan
Cover with aluminum foil and put in the oven roaster for 25 to 30 minutes.
When done, cut into serving pieces. Good for breakfast and snacks, and school pack.
