Lechon Paksiw


A left over roast pork ( lechon) cooked into new delicious menu

Ingredients:

1- 1/2 kilo lechon or roast pork cut into serving pieces
2 cups lechon sarsa (sauce) bottled available in groceries
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. garlic minced
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pc. oregano sprig
1 cup water

Mix all ingredients and simmer gently for 1 hour.
