juicy baby back ribs

1 1/2 kilo pork baby back ribs
1 quartered onion
1 tbs. whole peppercorn
1 tbs. coriander seeds
1 quartered orange

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan add enough water to cover the pork. Simmer for an hour or until the pork is tender. Drain.

For the sauce:
3 tbsp. butter
1 chopped onion
4 cloves crush garlic
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 cups tomato sauce

Saute garlic and onion in butter, then add the tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper
Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Brush this over the ribs then grill until brown, baste once in a while.
