Healthy Veggie Pasta


ingredients:

2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic crushed
1/4 kilo asparagusAdd Image1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all purpose cream
1/2 kilo twisted pasta

Cook pasta according to package instructions, set aside. Saute all the vegetables, then add all-purpose cream then the grated Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 1 minute, season with salt and pepper. Toss with the cooked pasta.
