Baked Almond Chicken


1/2 cup salted almonds
1 slice of bread
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
4 pcs. breast chicken

In a blender grind the salted almonds with 1 slice of bread. In a bowl combine sour cream and barbecue sauce. Pat dry the chicken breast and dip in the sauce mixture then coat with the almond crumbs. Place the coated chicken in a baking pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until done.
