BBQ Meatloaf with cheddar Potatoes


Ingredients:
1/2 kilo ground beef
1 egg 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup bottled barbecue sauce 4 large boiled and peeled potatoes 1/4 cup milk 1/2 shredded Cheddar cheese
Procedure:
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and barbecue sauce. Mix well and form into 4 small loaves. Place on a baking pan and broil for 12 minutes. Turn the loaves and top more with barbecue sauce. Continue cooking until done. In another bowl, mash the potatoes with milk and shredded Cheddar cheese, then serve with meatloaf. If you don't have a broiler, use a saucepan. Heat some oil and brown the meat loaves, pour in more barbecue sauce, cover the pan and let cook until done.
