CHICKEN SOUP WITH EGG

Ingredients

4 cloves garlic crushed 1 medium onion sliced
150g chicken breast, deboned and sliced
2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 medium carrot, cut into small cubes
7 cups of water

salt and pepper to taste
150g salad macaroni pasta

2 pcs eggs, beaten

2 stalks green onion, chopped
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Saute garlic, onion, chicken and bouillon, add carrot, water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.Add the salad macaroni pasta and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add eggs and half of the green onions while continually stirring. Add the milk, simmer for 2 minutes. Top with remaining green onions.
