Buko Salad (Fruit Salad Pinoy style)


Ingredients:

5 young coconut meat shredded
1 big can fruit cocktail cheese ( 2.5kg)
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 48 grms. cheese cut into small cubes
2 cans all-purpose cream
2 cans condensed milk
2 cans whole corn kernel
1 cup sweetened nata de coco (optional)

Procedure:

Remove the syrup of the canned fruit cocktail then in a big bowl mix all the ingredients and put in a freezer then serve, good for a party desserts.

note: you can add more canned or fresh fruits

Hmmmm...sarap cguro nito noh? But, rather than the canned fruit cocktail..I'd prefer the fresh diced fruits. Would avocado, watermelon, lakatan, and mango blend with shredded young coconut meat?
